Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive - PAN India to help grow our software development services across Indian markets. The ideal candidate will work closely with Indian businesses, startups, and enterprises to promote our digital solutions. This is a client-facing role with clear growth opportunities into key account management and regional leadership roles.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with potential clients across India who require software development, web/app development, or IT solutions
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, business directories, and local networks
  • Schedule and conduct online meetings with prospects to present company offerings
  • Prepare customized proposals and pricing for clients across different regions
  • Build long-term relationships with Indian SMEs, startups, and corporate clients
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate delivery of services and ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain proper records in CRM and report on sales pipeline and progress
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets and contribute to revenue.
Required Skills
  • Strong spoken and written communication in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.)
  • Good understanding of how software solutions work (training will be provided)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling B2B conversations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and lead generation methods
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Education + Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field 0–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or IT services (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply) Experience selling to Indian companies/startups is a plus
